Important! What you should know before travelling

  • FOR YOUR SAFETY, we recommend that travelers with medical conditions, such as hypertension, cardiovascular, or column risks, with a recent surgery, seniors, and pregnant women SHOULD NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
  • Passengers must BE AT THE BOARDING PLACE 1 HOUR BEFORE departure time.
  • The BOARDING process ENDS 45 MINUTES BEFORE the departure time. If you are not there, we will understand that you are not travelling this time and will make your place available to others.
  • For check-in, all passengers must show their tourism card or OCCRE residence card at the pier. We always recommend to take a dizziness medicine 1 hour prior to the trip.
  • Children less than 12 years old must travel with a responsible adult relative (18-years old or older)
  • Each passenger paying an adult or child fee is entitled to 1 piece of luggage and 1 carry on. Each additional piece will have an extra cost.
  • For safety reasons, all luggage will be checked by the competent authorities.
  • Every person is responsible for his carry on and/or electronic equipment. The company is not responsible for in the event of damage or loss.
  • We reserve the right of admission. People under the effects of alcohol or any illegal drug will not be admitted.
  • Consuming alcoholic beverages or any illegal substance during the trip is prohibited. We do not recommend to travel if you have “hangover”.
  • We recommend not to chewing gum onboard.
  • For your safety and that of the rest of the passengers, the transportation of flammable or corrosive products, such as acid, gasoline, etc. is prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • REIMBURSEMENTS: The transporter authorizes the total reimbursement of the ticket price, provided that the cancellation of the trip is not due to the transporter’s fault (any inconvenience with the ship or crew).
  • The transporter will charge a penalty per ticket per passenger in the event that the cancellation is requested by the latter. The transporter authorizes the total reimbursement of the ticket in the event of death of a first-grade relative, this is, parents, children, siblings, spouse, and parents-in-law of the holder of the ticket, provided that the copy of the death certificate is submitted.
  • Reimbursements will be done in an 8-business day term from its filing. The passenger will have a 3-month term maximum to request the reimbursement or re-issue of the ticket.
